Like a lot of people, I ended up in the insurance industry by mistake.

Turns out to be the best possible mistake I could have made.

You see, I have an odd passion for helping people when something has gone horribly wrong with their health insurance.

I love getting calls from people who are at their wit's end, who have received a bill for some ungodly sum when they thought they would be paying only a copay... then taking their information and calling back in a short time to tell them everything has been straightened out.

It's incredibly gratifying to help people in this way.  I've lost count of the thousands and thousands of dollars I have saved or recovered on behalf of my clients and their employees.

I'm lucky to be part of a terrific company called Frenkel Benefits.  It's one of the few companies I know of that shares my focus on the employee and their experience with their benefit plan.

I seek to provide service that is beyond outstanding to each and every client.

In fact, I created my Beyond Outstanding Triple Pledge.  Here it is.

Pledge #1 – We will be beyond outstanding by being well informed and thoroughly knowledgeable, in order to provide the best possible strategic advice and make suitable  recommendations.  Our clients deserve no less.

Pledge #2 – We will be beyond outstanding as allies for our clients, taking on the resolution of errors, oversights and aggravations related to their benefit plans, which can consume many hours.  We are also committed to being accessible and responsive to our clients.

Pledge #3 – We will be beyond outstanding by vigorously advocating for our clients’ employees, helping them to navigate the healthcare system and being a personal resource to turn to when problems or questions arise.  We seek to impact employees’ appreciation of their benefit plans, resulting in positive ROI for our employer-clients.
